It is clear that future spatial planning cannot be conducted independently of data. In this study, I developed a 'smart planning system' that predicts future trends based on the relationships between construction area increase, green space changes, humidity, and extreme summer temperatures, which will form the foundation for resilient cities of the future. Initially, data on construction, humidity, green space, and temperature were collected and analyzed from four neighborhoods in the Etimesgut District of Ankara, Turkey's capital, between 2012 and 2021. The results showed that increased construction led to rises in summer temperature and humidity. In the second phase of the study, software named 'smart planning system' was created in Python, making future predictions based on the relationships among the data from the first phase. This software demonstrated that it is possible to foresee the outcomes of different interventions in the city and the impacts of construction in growing urban areas. Consequently, it was shown that finding solutions to avoid climatic and environmental negative impacts is possible, thereby making sustainable cities achievable. This research clearly shows the urban problems that can arise from human-induced environmental changes. ......... ......... ........ .......... ........ . ..... ..... ...... ........ ....... ....... ...... ........ .. ... ...... ....... .... .. .... ... .... ...... ... . ...... .... .. ..... ... ... .... ... .... ..... . .... . . . . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
